Marketing & Creative Designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Designer to join our growing marketing team. You will take over the role previously responsible for all artwork, visuals, and creative assets for our social media, website, and sales campaigns.

You will work closely with the general manager, videographer, and sales team to produce compelling visuals that help us generate leads, enhance brand presence, and support business growth.

Creative Design & Artwork Production

  • Design digital artwork for social media posts, ads, stories, car promotions, and campaigns.
  • Produce banners, hero images, product brochures, and landing page graphics for MotorEast.sg.
  • Create artwork for sales promotions, test drive campaigns, festive branding, email marketing, and WhatsApp blasts.
  • Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.

Website Visual Management

  • Create and update website visuals, product images, and promotional graphics.
  • Work with the marketing team to improve UI/UX for campaign landing pages.
  • Prepare artwork for new model launches, dealership campaigns, and SEO-driven content pages.

Support Sales & Marketing Activities

  • Assist in designing materials for sales teams:
    • Flyers
    • Car feature cards
    • WhatsApp sale kits
    • Event booth branding
  • Understand campaign objectives and convert them into effective visual assets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing executive to plan weekly content.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Work with the videographer for video covers, thumbnails, and visual style.
  • Align with marketing executive on content calendars, KPIs, and campaign themes.
  • Provide creative input for brand building, customer engagement, and visual storytelling.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative production.
  • Strong design skills with a solid portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of social media ads (Facebook/Google).
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and branding.
  • Good sense of aesthetics for automotive or retail brands (bonus if familiar with BYD / Denza / EV sector).

Soft Skills

  • Creative thinker, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Fast execution with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with sales + marketing teams.

DENZA Sales Consultant

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Denza luxury EV team. As the front-line representative of the brand, you will deliver an exceptional showroom experience, build strong client relationships, and guide customers through the entire car purchase journey.

  • Greet and engage potential customers in the showroom, delivering a premium and personalized retail experience
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Denza models, features, and packages
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations including in-car technology, performance, safety and EV-related benefits
  • Arrange and manage test drives in compliance with company procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and after-sales support
  • Support digital inquiries and convert leads from WhatsApp, social media, and the website into sales appointments
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of Denza and competitors in the luxury EV segment
  • Ensure showroom presentation and brand standards are always upheld
    Work closely with the Operations and Finance team on documentation, loan applications, and handover arrangements
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury automobile sales or premium / luxury fashion retail
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, service-focused approach
    Proven ability to build rapport and convert leads into sales
  • Passion for electric vehicles, automotive technology, and sustainability
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and self-motivation
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred

As a BYD Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating the value of electric mobility, and converting leads into successful car ownership journeys. You will represent BYD’s innovative technology, affordability, and sustainability to a wide range of customers.

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, online inquiries, and referral leads
  • Present BYD’s model lineup confidently, including EV features, charging options, warranties, and ownership costs
  • Arrange and conduct test drives while ensuring a safe and premium experience
  • Guide customers through financing, insurance, and trade-in options
  • Support customers from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure timely submissions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance
  • Stay updated on EV incentives, COE trends, and competitor offerings
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and digital promotions when required
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth car delivery experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred, but applicants from retail, telecom, or property sales with strong sales performance are welcome
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and a passion for EV innovation
  • Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and self-driven to hit targets
  • Valid Class 3 driving licence
    Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and digital channels for sales
